Operation-:
The machine works on 2 speed 440 volt motor with reduction gear fitted with 'V' belt pulley drive to give bellow mentioned RPM. The machine is having motorized lifting and lowering arrangement provided with interlock limit switch at bottom and top. Suitable gearbox provided for screw type lowering and lifting system with square threaded lead screw. Control panel having Volt and Amp meter, main power indicating lamp, main motor slow on-off pushbutton and fast on-off pushbutton, lifting & lowering motor-up, down push button, and mixing timer and emulsifier motor on-off push button. Vacuumed pump ( in your scope ) for the chamber increasing the capacity of mixing and ensuring complete vacuumed chamber arrangement reducing material loss at the time of un-loading material. Lamp to view inside of vessel on-off switch.
All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality and body cladded with S.S. 304.
