RIDDHI PRESS- I HIGH SPEED DOUBLE ROTARY •SALIENT FEATURES : 1.29 - 35 Stations Press are specially designed to compress DS, Capsule & Oval shaped tablets of length 23 & 19 mm respectively. Round tablets of diameter 23mm (25.4 mm on demand) can be compressed on 29 station press.2.Force Feeders (optional) can be provided to regulate uniform flow of large volume of granules at high speed.3. Force Feeders are with variable speed drive to feed granules at desired rate.4. Standard feed frames are also supplied along with the machine. This facilitates in compressing certain products where force flow feeders are not suitable. It can also be used as an alternative arrangement in case of breakdown of force flow feeders.5. Unique clutch system to start and stop the machine to avoid abnormal load on the machine.6.Upper punch penetration system - This facilities in setting of compression position in the Die. For fluffy products where flashing takes place it can be set on the lower position of the die. For sticky product this can be set nearer to the top face of the die to avoid heavy ejection load and friction. It also helps in avoiding flying of upper punches due to vacuum. Die life can be increased more than double by changing the position of compression.7.Upper Cam Tracks-Lowering and lifting are so designed to lift the upper punches evenly from both sides. This helps in smooth running of machine and prevents jumping of upper punches at high speed.8.Upper punches are covered with acrylic dust guards.9. Lower punch seals can be provided, to reduce jamming of lower punches to some extent.10.Turret with key slots essential for shaped tooling provided on 29,35 & 37 station press. (Optional on 45 & 47 Station Press)

11.Machine is totally enclosed. This reduces the noise level and prevents to & fro flow of dust between compression zone and compression room
